2011 Chrysler 300C Executive Series door handle accents with a unique platinum chrome finish

The Chrysler 300C Executive Series will be distinguished by a chromed fascia, mirror, and door handle accents with a unique platinum chrome finish. The platinum chrome finish extends to the grille surround and the platinum-chrome sculpted grille. There is a Mochachino or Black Poltrona Frau "Foligno" leather-wrapped instrument panel, cluster brow, center console side panels, and upper front- and rear-door panels, which is combined with premium Nappa leather on the door armrest, bolster, and center console armrest. The less exciting technological options include power-adjustable pedals with memory, a power backlight sunshade, power-folding chromed exterior mirrors with memory, and auto-dimming and auto-tilt in Reverse.

With its latest generation 2011 Chrysler 300 sedan, Chrysler decided to launch several different variations of the car, each aimed at a very different target market. Engine options include either Chrysler’s now familiar 3.6-liter Pentastar, rated at 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, or a 5.7-liter Hemi delivering 360 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque.

Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is a hybrid engine version of the Chrysler SUV

Chrysler Aspen Hybrid
Chrysler Aspen is the addition of a hybrid model that combines Hemi V8 power with V6-like fuel efficiency. For the regular Aspen line, the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 makes more power with no fuel-economy penalty, thanks to cylinder deactivation. Fifteen-mpg-combined fuel economy. For the best fuel economy, there is the new-for-2009 Chrysler Aspen HEV hybrid. The 2009 Chrysler Aspen is available in two trim levels, Limited and Limited HEV. The Chrysler Aspen Limited HEV is 4X4 only and equipped similarly to the Limited with J Package, but adds a hybrid powertrain, 18-inch chrome-clad wheels and real-time traffic information for the navigation system.

The Aspen is available in rear-wheel drive or 4WD. Fuel economy is 14 mpg city/19 mpg highway and 15 mpg combined for models with 2WD. Four-wheel-drive Aspens with this engine have a 13/17/15 mpg rating. When properly equipped, the 4.7-liter-equipped Aspen can tow up to 5,950 pounds.

Estimated fuel economy is 19 mpg city/20 mpg highway.
Driving Impressions
If you drive prudently, the 2009 Aspen HEV can remain in electric mode at low city speeds, thus maximizing fuel economy.

With soaring gas prices many people are clamoring for more fuel efficient vehicles. One such new vehicle, the Chrysler Aspen Hybrid, manages 19/20 mpg city/highway, versus an average of 13/18 mpg for the equivalent non-hybrid Chrysler Aspen. The Chrysler Aspen Hybrid comes in one trim, the Limited. Even though the Aspen is a full sized SUV it is also a full hybrid and can operate on electric power only or a combination of both electric and gas power. The 2009 Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is a good mix of a workhorse SUV and an economical hybrid. It has the power of a V8 engine and the fuel economy of a hybrid solving the dilemma facing many consumers who need the power and versatility of a SUV's but also want the economy of a hybrid.
The Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is a hybrid engine version of the Chrysler Aspen full-size SUV. The Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is available as four-wheel drive only vehicle yet its hybrid engine is designed to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions.

The engine in the Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is a two-mode hybrid gas-electric system with an electrically continuously variable transmission. At speeds of under 30 mph, the Chrysler Aspen Hybrid can operate on electric power alone and above this speed, the gasoline engine kicks in. Fuel economy for the Chrysler Aspen Hybrid is rated at 20 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway.

Safety features for the Chrysler Aspen Hybrid include stability and traction control, head airbags for all three rows of seats as well as side curtain airbags, ventilated front and solid rear disc brakes, front fog and rear driving lights, trailer sway control, and rear door child safety locks.
